Mixed martial arts is a growing sport – more and more consumers are becoming aware and interested in it. The fact that Spike has now signed a deal with UFC shows that the key audience is men 18-34, ahh yes the elusive male consumer. However, with it’s wider TV audience – mixed martial arts practitioners have had to tone it down with the banishment of some of the most gruesome moves.
