    Yep, I’m a boomer and fighting the middle aged-mid-section spread. Eating healthy is now a pleasure and fixing my own meals is preferred to eating out most of the time. Still, it’s during times of stress and exhaustion that I find myself snacking on let’s just say…not carrots.

  3. It is the random eating that creates the center spread…Keep healthy snacks around and allow yourself an occasional splurge..I have stayed in fit size all my life…Just exercising moderately, eating healthy and once in a while one of my favorite indulges..Never eat when you are tired…
